CFSA member and organic Christmas tree grower, Mark Lackey, has over 3000 trees ranging from 5 - 9 feet tall for sale (whole sale or directly to individuals) in Ashe County, NC. Buyer must be willing to bring their own saw, cut and haul tree(s) themselves. You can purchase trees at the farm either by appointment or on the weekends December 10th/11th, and 17th/18th from 9:00 am until dusk.

| Gingerbread House Workshop |
 Saturday, December 10, 3 - 5pm
Learn how to make and decorate a charming Gingerbread House! And take yours home! Assembly of a Gingerbread House and decorating tricks will be demonstrated. Pre-assembled houses and candies for decorations are provided. Plus you will have a recipe and instructions for house assembly to take home. Anne Everitt, Cooking Instructor, and former Weaver Street Market Pastry Baker, teaches classes in baking and cooking out of her home, and at A Southern Season. Anne's informal style makes her classes fun and informative for everyone to enjoy. This class is for ages 8 and up. The cost is $30 per person. Each student will take home a decorated Gingerbread House. The class will be held at Anne's home in Chapel Hill. No previous experience is necessary, so join in the fun!
