Spray coat 12 ramekins (small serving dishes that are safe to cook in the oven).
Melt together the bittersweet chocolate and the butter. Add the coco powder, sugar and flour, then add the whole eggs and egg yolks. Mix until just combined. Fill ramekins and cook for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn the ramekins and cook for another 5-7 minutes. The cake should still be wet looking when it comes out of the oven. Serve warm with ice cream on the side.
