Addicting Tempeh
from the Heart of the Home cookbook by local author Ann Jackson

1 LB Tempeh
1/2 to 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 large Onion, grated or minced
1/2 cup Celery, including leaves, chopped fine
2-3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Chopped tomatoes (optional)

Steam the tempeh lightly for about 25 minutes. Chop into chunks and put into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix and refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy!
