is coming to Weaver Street Market!
Sunday, August 5, 11 am-1 pm
on the lawn in Carrboro
Food Font is a project where people make alphabets out of food, and later are able to use these and other food alphabets in a fun, free, interactive online design too where you can make images, posters, signs, and other printed materials.
We will be making a food alphabet out of locally grown peppers from Alex & Betsy Hitt’s Peregrine Farm . Stop by and participate by making a letter. Your letter will be photographed and will be part of the Weaver Street Market Font that will be used in the Food Font interactive design tool.
The project supports education, interaction, and communication about food and health. For more visit www.foodfont.com.
