Southern Village Events
            Events on the Green
Southern Village hosts community events on the green. These include free summer music on Sundays at 6pm (schedule here) and outdoor movies on Fridays and Saturdays, run by the Lumina (there's a small fee). There is an annual NC Symphony concert and the Roots and Leaves music series sponsored by MusicMaker Relief Foundation on Fridays in June.
For upcoming events, please see the Southern Village website events page.

Southern Village Farmers Market

The Southern Village Farmers Market runs during the summer months on Thursdays from 3:30 to 6:30pm. Each week, the Market offers free samples of fresh produce and prepared foods, along with recipes and cooking demos. Get more details on the market's website.

Wine Down Wednesday

2015 start date tbd.

In the summer, we have music on our patio from 5:30 to 7:30pm. We'll be tasting wines (free!) and selling them by the glass or bottle (on sale). Look for the wine list posted on the facebook event page each week: https://www.facebook.com/weaverstreet/events

Friday Night Wine Tasting

Every Friday, 5-7pm

Every Friday night WSM samples a different variety of wines at each of our locations. This is a great time to expand your wine repertoire, stock your cellar with wines you know you like, get your wine questions answered by a knowledgeable winery representative or specialty staff member, or find that perfect wine for dinner.

Weaver Street Market sponsors over 250 free events a year, providing the community with opportunities to visit with neighbors, enjoy a homemade meal, listen to local musicians and discuss what’s happening in our community and the world.
