Sauteed Quinoa with Red Palm Oil Print E-mail
1/4 cup Nutiva red palm oil
1 cup WSM pre-cut diced onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 to 6 cups cooked and thoroughly cooled quinoa
sea salt and pepper, to taste

In saute pan heat red palm oil until it begins to take on a darker color.  Add onions and saute until softened.  Add garlic and cook 30 seconds longer.  Add cooked quinoa and stir to coat.  Break up any large clumps of quinoa.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Saute until heated through and some pieces of quinoa are beginning to brown and crisp up.  Serve immediately.
