Sautéed Brussel Sprouts with Cranberries and Walnuts
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves Weaver Street Market peeled garlic - roughly chopped
One package Weaver Street Market shaved brussels sprouts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnut
Salt and pepper, to taste
a large sauté pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. When oil is
hot, add garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant. Add brussels
sprouts to the pan and sauté until softened and beginning to brown. Add
cranberries and walnuts, toss until incorporated and heated through.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
