Roasted Sweets, Beets and Carrots with Rosemary
One package Weaver Street Market Sweets, Beets and Carrots
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary - roughly chopped
oven to 375°. Spread veggies on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Roast in oven for 45 minutes
or until veggies are tender and beginning to brown. Stir once during
cooking. Serve warm or chill and use in a salad.
