now, many customers have asked me how I eat. I usually admit that I am a
foodie, and that my morning meal is what sets the stage for the whole
day. I've been revising it for several years, usually due to running out
of one ingredient or the other, but this is my recipe, in print, for

Julianah's Wonderful Morning Smoothie Recipe
a nutritious, exciting, and nutritious way to start the day, taking
less time to prepare and clean up than eggs, toast, and bacon.
Preparation: The night before, put the following ingredients in an 8 oz jar:
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 dozen or so Gogi berries and
7 or so raw almonds
Fill jar with unsweetened, unflavored coconut milk (or coconut water).
Cover and soak overnight in the refrigerator.
In the morning, add this mixture and the following ingredients to a personal blender:
1 scoop cacao powder (build up to 2 scoops)
1 scoop Amazing Grass Wheat Grass Powder™
1-2 scoops Hemp Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Moringa Powder
1 scoop Maca Powder
1/4 tsp Blue-Green Algae (or Spirulina or Chlorella)
1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds (optional)
1 small ripe organic banana (or ~6 inches of frozen banana pieces)
Real Salt™ (or Himalayan salt) to taste…brings out the sweetness of the drink, and provides minerals
Optional, a bit of finely chopped ginger root to stimulate digestion,
1-2 drops of Organic Vanilla Extract rounds out the flavor
Blend until smooth.
Drink slowly, appreciating the taste and texture of the smoothie.
swish out the blender with 1 additional oz coconut milk and a drop of
Stevia extract, You can even scrape the sides of the blender with a
wooden stirrer or chop stick! Enjoy Every Last Morsel from the blender.
Rinse the blender cup out, and go about your day, refreshed, recharged, and ready to roll!
