Live music, local food, beer & wine samplings...
Meet & talk with co-op members and local producers...
Fun & informative... for all ages...

Live music by Crystal Bright and the Silver Hands.

Free local food sampling featuring sliders with The Pig restaurant's BBQ on WSM buns. Top your BBQ with a selection of fermented treats from Two Chicks Farm. Step on over to the Equal Exchange booth to try organic bananas and hear their cashew story. Our own Food House will be offering popular foods along with a few new surprises.

Peg and Bruno will feature a new shipment of directly-sourced wines from Europe as well as offering an olive and olive oil tasting on WSM bread. Quench your thirst at the beer tent featuring Mystery Brewing and Steel String Brewery.

Kids can entertain themselves with a make-your-own pretzel necklace.

Don't forget dessert! Lunapops will be passing out local pops

All samples are free. Pints and glasses of wine will be available for purchase. (Show your id at the welcome table to get a wrist band.)

While you're enjoying the local treats, check out this year's CCF grant winners' displays and speak with reps from the winning community organizations. Meet the candidates (consumer-owner and worker-owner) running for the Board of Directors. The Board will be on hand to discuss our 2020 goals. You can also become an owner, and if you verify your email address for green communications, you'll be entered into a raffle for a local products gift basket.

Eastern Carolina Organics, the Latino Credit Union, and Self-Help Credit Union will also be sharing information.

Friday Night Wine Tasting

Every Friday from 5-7pm

These in-store wine tastings are a great way to learn about wines and to taste before you buy. Pick up a bottle for dinnner, grab one for a hostess gift, or just stock your cellar with wines you know you like.
