Easy Banana Ice Cream

you'll need:
4 big ripe bananas
2 cans coconut milk
1/2 cup sucanat
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a baking pan and put in the freezer. Once frozen (2 hours or so), reblend and refreeze for a few minutes (if you can wait). It's soooo good! Optional: pinch of nutmeg.
