Spaghetti with Grass-fed Ground Beef
Spaghetti with Grass-fed Ground Beef

• 1-2 Peppers-diced
• ½ of big Onion-diced
• 2 cloves of Garlic
• 5 Tbsp of Bella Famiglia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ½ lb of Local Grass-fed Ground Beef
• ½ lb of Locally produced, Italian Sausage
• about 1 cup Protocolo Spanish White Wine
• 1 can of Bionaturae Crushed Tomatoes or Pasta Sauce
• 12 oz Bionaturae Pasta

1. Dice all above vegetables in small cubes and fry on a medium heat with Olive Oil.
Add salt and pepper and when onion becomes translucent, and then add ground beef and sausage.
2. Add more pepper and salt to taste and mix well. Once meat has browned, add a little white wine, just enough to almost cover all the ingredients. Add bay leaf.
3. Mix, and after about 15 minutes of simmering, in wine, add crushed tomatoes or pasta sauce and mix everything well. The sauce should cook on a small heat for at least half an hour, but the longer the better (up to 2-3 hours).
3. Cook pasta according to its instructions.
4. Remove bay leaf, add cooked and drained pasta to the finished sauce, mix well and sprinkle with Parmesan or Pecorino-Romano cheese.
