Ingredients:
- 15 oz fresh or canned pumpkin
- 2/3 c. Maple Valley organic maple syrup
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 2. tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- pie crust
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9″ pie pan with your favorite pastry crust at 350 degrees for 1 to 1.25 hours. Cool and refrigerate for best flavor.
