2. Non-Hydrogenated.
3. Expeller Pressed. (Mechanically pressed, no solvent extraction.)
We use canola oil in our recipes, because it handles high heat cooking well, is very neutral in flavor, allowing for key flavors to be pronounced and is reasonable in its cost.
