DESCRIPTION:TSDesigns Cotton Harvest Tour is coming up. If you’ve never been\, you don’t want to miss it. Spaces are limited\, and the tour is only $5! \nTSDesigns is committed to traceable clothing with a minimized travel footprint. As part of its Cotton of the Carolinas program\, TSDesigns produces tee shirts using local cotton that is ginned\, spun\, woven\, and sewn all within a few hundred miles\, in North Carolina. They also have American Soil Organic tees\, which use organic cotton that’s not totally local but is grown in America. (TSDesigns spearheaded an attempt to grow organic cotton in North Carolina\, but the trials were not productive enough to continue.) Tees are sewn in North Carolina and arrive at TSDesigns in Burlington to be printed and dyed. Weaver Street Market tees are the American Soil Organic brand. \nThe Harvest Tour takes you behind the scenes of cotton production. First you’ll tour the Rolling Hills Cotton Gin and Ronnie Burleson’s cotton farm in New London\, NC.
