DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a follow-up open house about improving the lawn in front of Weaver Street Market in Carrboro. Look for our popup tent on the lawn in front of the store. \nThe goals of the project are to \n• eliminate erosion and protect the trees\,\n• plant additional trees to create a succession plan\,\n• create a native border along the street\,\n• improve the outdoor seating area\,\n• create a play area\,\n• improve the lighting\, and\n• create an expanded and improved indoor cafe. \nWe’ll show ideas from our architect and landscape architect that have been updated since the spring\, and invite you to share your ideas with the Weaver Street Market board.
