Kat Spann\, her partner Dave Krabbe\, and their amazing crew raise dairy goats and make delicious\, innovative and nationally award-winning goat (and now cow’s milk too!) cheeses. Kat sits on the national board of the American Cheese Society\, working behind the scenes to serve\, educate and build the American artisan cheese community. Join us as we talk with her about the adventures and occasional heartbreak of goat dairy life\, and the inspiration and craft behind Prodigal Farm’s distinctive cheeses. \nYour Cheese Box will include approximately 4 oz. each of the four cheeses below\, as well as accompaniments to enhance your tasting.
