SUMMARY:Join us for a Virtual Cheese Tasting with Sweet Grass Dairy
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Virtual Cheese Tasting with Georgia’s own\, Sweet Grass Dairy. We welcome Sweet Grass Dairy owners\, Jessica and Jeremy Little to share all about this 5th generation dairy farm and how they got started making cheese as one of the first artisan cheese makers in Georgia in 2000. \nTogether\, Jeremy and Jessica have grown Sweet Grass Dairy from a local Thomasville staple\, to an artisanal cheese brand with national reach. Their vision for growth has remained loyal to the values the farm was built on: keeping a healthy\, barn-free herd grazing on grass grown year round under the Georgia sun. Continuing in the family tradition of rotational grazing\, the Littles believe that great cheese starts with ensuring that their cows are cared for and content – because healthy\, grass-fed cows really do make the best milk. And the best milk makes world-class cheese. \nYour Cheese Box will include approximately 4 oz. each of the four cheeses below\, as well as accompaniments to enhance your tasting. One cheese box ticket can accommodate up to four people participating in the tasting\, or offers a hearty tasting for two people.\n •  Green Hill Camembert\, paired with Big Spoon Chai Spice Almond Peanut Butter\n•  Thomasville Tomme\, paired with an Apple\n•  Griffin\, paired with Tamari Roasted Almonds\n•  Asher Blue\, paired with L & B Spring Bouquet Honey\n•  Pimento Cheese\, paired with Mini Sweet Peppers \nAlso included is a box of Accidental Baker Sea Salt Flatbreads
