DESCRIPTION:Join the St. Baldrick’s Childhood Cancer Foundation for a “Shave for the Brave” event: \n–Saturday\, June 16\, 2018\n–6 PM until…\n–Hickory Tavern\, Carrboro\, NC \nThis is a tremendous event where people from the community raise money to shave their heads. Their “hair sacrifice” supports the thousands of children who suffer from cancer each year\, and all donations go directly to The St. Baldrick’s Childhood Cancer Foundation. \nSome of the happenings throughout the evening/night are \n–Live band\, starting at 6 PM\n–Cornhole tournament\, $5/person entry\n–Eating\, drinking\, and being merry\n–Head-shaving\n–Laughing\, crying\, and helping cure childhood cancers \nWhether you decide to shave your head\, volunteer\, or donate\, be a part of the excitement.
