It’s the second annual Curds & Crafts Festival. We’re celebrating southern artisan cheesemakers and North Carolina craft brewers with the natural and delicious pairing of cheeses and beers. Sample the wares and chat with cheesemakers and brewers about their craft. Tickets include unlimited samples of beer and cheese, a souvenir tasting glass, an insulated Curds & Crafts souvenir bag, a voucher toward an in-event purchase, a loaf of WSM bead, vendor donated “gifts,” and additional samplings of artisan charcuterie, bread, and jams. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Rural Advancement Foundation International (RAFI) in Pittsboro.

New this year: we’re taking the event indoors at the Cloth Mill at Eno River, the Triangle’s newest event venue, a unique “industrial chic” setting located in the historic Eno River Mill campus in West Hillsborough. It is an indoor venue with climate control and electricity. The space is truly beautiful with its exposed brick walls, massive windows, high ceilings, and original wood beams and columns. The address is 437 Dimmocks Mill Road (Suite 3) in Hillsborough. View a parking map here.

TICKET UPDATE: Thanks to everyone who rushed out to buy a ticket. We are excited to see the enthusiasm for local cheese and beer. We’ve realized that we made a mistake setting up the event in Eventbrite, and we’re unable to re-do the whole thing (because it’s live), so we’ve made adjustments to try to avoid confusion. Basically, the “date” doesn’t matter; the time on the “ticket type” does. If you think you bought the wrong ticket or you’re confused, please contact us! Thanks again.

TICKET SALES HAVE CLOSED.

There will be two sessions this year:

Session 1: 1 PM – 3 PM (arrive at 12:45 to begin check-in)
Session 2: 4 PM – 6 PM (arrive at 3:45 to begin check-in)
