We are excited to learn more about the products you represent, but before you start we want to share our product strategy.
We strive to emphasize the unique products, producers and relationships that demonstrate to our customers that we are truly their buying agent. We have listened closely to our co-op owners and customers and recognize that the only was a small company can remain relevant to those customers is to listen carefully and to provide goods that will excite the palate and nourish the body while also helping to explain the food sourcing choices we make on their behalf.
Weaver Street Market is excited to focus on products that are locally grown/produced because we
see the value in working with our neighbors to build a prosperous local food economy. Within this focus on local, Weaver Street Market works systematically to call attention to products from Black, Indigenous, other immigrant person owned companies through our Game Changer initiative. We also advantage non-local “Game Changer” products as we strive to create a more equitable food production landscape. Similarly, we seek to highlight products from cooperatively governed businesses, women and veteran owned businesses, and the products that we produce in our Food House commissary.
