Holiday Order FAQs – ORDERING DEADLINE IS SATURDAY, DECEMBER 20th, BY 9PM.
- Is my Turkey frozen? No, our turkeys ARE fresh! In order to preserve freshness, each turkey is chilled immediately after harvest to around 26 degrees Fahrenheit, just cold enough to create a crust of ice around the bird. The crust prolongs the life of the turkey and prevents bacterial growth, while also preserving the tender, juicy flavor. Learn more here.
- How will I redeem my Owner Extras Discount on my fresh turkey? Owners receive the 10% Owner Extras when you give your owner number at the register.
- How can I change or cancel my order? Email orders@weaverstreetmarket.coop with your order number. Changes and cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date.
- How do I pick-up my order? First, check your order confirmation to determine which store you have placed your order. When you arrive at the store, head to your store’s holiday order pickup location to give your name or order number. Then visit the cash register to pay for your order. You can check out your order along with your other items.
- Are orders prepaid? No, please pay in-store when you pick up your order. Your order total is an estimate. Your final price will be calculated at pickup based on the actual weight of any variable weight items and sales tax.
- Can I get extra items from you when I pick up? Yes! In many cases, we will be able to help you locate additional items in the store. Sometimes items are made fresh daily and may not be available.
- What time can I pickup my order? Holiday order pickups are Wednesday, December 17th – Friday, December 26th at your selected store. For fresh whole turkeys, turkey breasts and organic turkeys pickups are available starting Friday, December 19th – Friday, December 26th. Our regular store hours are 8 am – 9 pm, 7 days a week. We are closed on Christmas Day. We also close at 6pm on Christmas Eve.
