• Taste test Mutsu, Rome, Gala, Fuji, Arkansas Black, Stayman, Cameo, Jonagold, Pink Lady, and Granny Smith, from Hendersonville, NC
• Pair the apples with Cheese Louise chevre spreads: pumpkin and chocolate

• Try dishes cooked up by our Demo Team: Crock-pot Applesauce; Pumpkin, Apple, and Chicken Stir-fry, and Pasta in Savory Pumpkin Sauce
• Take home the recipes to make them yourselves

TABLE #3 – FALL REFRESHMENTS

• Sample fall beverages like local hard cider, pumpkin beer, apple cider, and a Granny Smith apple spritzer

• Our bakers have crafted apple pies with local apples as well as pumpkin pie and pumpkin roll cake
