In anticipation of our upcoming Curds & Crafts Festival, we’re hosting preview tastings in our stores. Join us this Saturday, 9/12 in Hillsborough, where we’ll have four tables with free samples of local cheeses, beers, and other artisan treats:

Recipe Table: Delicious recipes made with Holly Grove Farms chevre
NC Cheese Table: Samples of local cheeses paired with local crackers and preserves
Pairing Table 1: Boxcarr Lissome cheese paired with three local beers
Pairing Table 2: Fullsteam Carver Sweet Potato beer paired with three cheeses
