Open House: Celebrating AAPI Cultural Heritage Transplanting Traditions Community Farm 2912B Jones Ferry Rd Chapel Hill, NC 27516 Join Transplanting Traditions Community Farm on May 18th starting at 11 am for a fun day of AAPI culture, games, food, and fun!
