- Ensuring co-op is viable and sustainable by rigorously monitoring performance
- Manage risk by identifying what could go wrong and requiring preventative measures
- Evaluate management and Board performance using pre-established standards/timelines
Demonstrating Accountability
- Use an accessible and consistent Board process
- Make transparent decisions that are aligned with co-op expectations
- Communicate a clear finish line and progress along the way.
