Weaver Street Market Owners Elect Two Board Directors
Weaver Street Market’s Board Elections ended Wednesday. Owners elected a consumer owner and a worker owner to serve on the Board. Both directors are already serving terms on the Board. Their new terms begin at the January 2026 Board retreat.

Consumer owners re-elected Deborah Gibbs to serve as a consumer-owner director for Weaver Street’s Board. Deborah ran against Darin Knapp and Ryan Solstice. Of the 1,499 votes cast, Deborah received 810 votes, Darin received 478 votes, Ryan received 172 votes, and there was 39 abstains.

Worker owners re-elected EmJ Jakubowics to serve as a worker-owner director for Weaver Street’s Board. EmJ ran against Isaac Shoemaker for the open Board seat. Of the 64 votes cast, EmJ received 38 votes, Isaac received 25 votes, and there was 1 abstain.
