Our pies and tarts are handmade with high-quality ingredients like locally milled, organic Lindley Mills flour. Our all-butter pie crust has unsurpassed flavor and a crispy, flaky consistency. We rotate our selection with the seasons so we can use fresh fruit that’s as local as possible: strawberries in late spring, East-coast blueberries through the summer as they move from Georgia through the Carolinas and into New England, and apples in the fall. All of our holiday pies are made with Virginia apples! Look for our frozen pie crusts for your own baking.
