Our pastry bakers make an assortment of breakfast treats, from authentic French croissants to moist coffeecakes and sweet cinnamon buns. Our croissant dough is repeatedly rolled flat and folded with butter for a perfect flaky texture. We use local, cage-free eggs, locally milled organic flours, and dairy products from MapleView Farm. Look for fresh pastries every morning in the case by the coffee bar. We also sell whole coffee cakes, to-go coffee for parties and meetings (available by special order), and trays of breakfast pastries, available on our Catering Menu.
