Our sandwich breads run the gamut from soft white Wonderful Bread to a hearty 100% rye Vollkornbrot. They are baked in loaf pans to give them the familiar loaf shape. We also make Italian focaccia daily and Jewish challah on Thursdays.
Great toasted for breakfast. Ingredients: Unbleached flour, water, organic red flame raisins, golden raisins, butter, sugar, milk powder, sea salt, yeast, and cinnamon.
A flat oven-baked Italian bread. Sold plain with fresh ingredients. Ingredients: Unbleached white flour, semolina flour, water, olive oil, sea salt, and yeast.
Full grain flavor in a loaf of bread. Great toasted for breakfast or for peanut butter sandwiches.
Sprouted Wheat (sourdough)
With 100% whole grain sprouted wheat, this bread has a slight natural sweetness and is easier to digest then regular whole wheat. Ingredients: Organic sprouted whole wheat flour, water, organic cracked wheat (not sprouted), yeast, and sea salt.
Vollkornbrot – Thursdays
100% rye, moist, dense German sourdough bread. Better the second day, sliced thin. Ingredients: Rye meal, rye chops, whole rye flour, filtered water, salt, and instant yeast.
Traditional white bread. Great for toast or sandwiches. Ingredients: Unbleached white flour, water, nonfat milk powder, butter, sugar, sea salt, and yeast.
