Heart Baguettes – FEBRUARY
Our French baguette is twisted into a romantic heart, only for Valentine’s Day.
Irish Soda Bread – MARCH
Our delicious Irish quick bread is made with figs, apricots, and currants. Ingredients: Buttermilk, unbleached white and whole wheat flour, butter, figs, apricots, currants, sugar, wheat bran, baking soda, and salt.
Hot Cross Buns – MARCH or APRIL
A sweet spiced bun made with currants and marked with a cross. An Easter tradition. Ingredients: Unbleached white and whole wheat flour, water, eggs, butter, milk, milk powder, sugar, brown sugar, currants, salt, yeast, and spices.
Stollen – DECEMBER
This traditional German yeast cake is laden with dried fruit and brushed with sherry. Ingredients: Unbleached flour, butter, golden raisins, apricots, currants, cherries, eggs, sugar, salt, yeast, orange zest, spices, and sherry.
