Ingredients:
- 4 slices Weaver Street Market Dark Rye – Sale $3.19/ea., Save $.80
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/8 c. mustard
- 2 organic, fair trade avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced, – Sale $3 for $5.00,
Save $2.47 - ¾ lb. Plainville Farms Hickory Smoked Turkey – Sale $7.99/lb., Save $2.00
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Directions:
1) Butter one side of all four slices of bread. Place buttered side down on a baking sheet.
2) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3) In a small bowl, mix together honey and mustard.
4) Spread honey-mustard on the unbuttered side of bread.
5) Top each slice of bread with slices of avocado and turkey.
6) Top each slice with grated cheese and place in oven until cheese is melted and bottom of sandwich is crispy. Serves four.
