TABLE made these healthy, no-bake s’mores at our Co-op Fair in September, 2016. If you leave out the banana, you can pop them in the toaster for a few minutes to partially melt the chocolate and cheese. Serves 8.
Ingredients:
- 8 graham crackers, halved to make 16 squares
- 1 8-oz. bar Cabot sharp cheddar, sliced into 8 pieces
- 2 Equal Exchange chocolate bars, each broken into 4 pieces (8 pieces total)
- (optional) 2 bananas, cut into about 32 pieces
Directions:
Stack a graham cracker with a cheese slice, chocolate piece, and banana slices, then top with a graham cracker and eat!
