Each February, our pastry bakers make intricate pastries for Valentine’s Day. A long-time favorite is the Tiramisu for Two: layers of sponge cake filled with a flavored cream and topped with cocoa powder. We use local Mapleview Farm cream and Latta’s Farm eggs.
