- 1 cup half and half, approximately
- 2 avocados, with pit and peel removed
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 1/2 bouillon cubes, dissolved, OR 1 1/2 tsp Better Than Bouillon
- 4 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- tortilla chips
Directions:
- Blend the half and half with the avocado, lemon juice, and bouillon.
- Add the onion and cilantro. Mix well.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
