- 4 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup heavy cream, approximately
- 8 oz or 1 cup of cream cheese, approximately
- marinated chipotle peppers, to taste
- lemon juice, to taste
- salt, to taste
Directions:
- Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit and peel. Save the peel.
- Season the avocado with salt, chipotles, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Dilute with the cream cheese and heavy cream, to taste.
- Fill the peel halves with the avocado mixture.
