Local blueberries are here, and our pastry bakers have begun their annual blueberry pastries: blueberry pies, blueberry scones, blueberry-strawberry shortcakes, blueberry-lemon tarts, blueberry-lemon quick breads, and blueberry coffeecakes. They’ll also be putting those fresh local blueberries in the blueberry muffins, blueberry danish, and blueberry brioche coffeecakes, which they make year-round. Make sure to try our new, and improved blueberry-lemon muffin. It has less sugar than the previous blueberry muffin and some whole wheat flour. The local blueberries will be organic when available.
