Carolyn, our produce merchandiser, shares one of her favorite ways to eat avocados: in this delicious and easy avocado mango salsa. It goes great with fish tacos!
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 mango, diced
- ½ small onion, diced (about ¼ cup)
- ½ red pepper, diced (about ½ cup)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- juice of ½ lime
- ½ tsp salt, or more to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
