During the three weekends of our Celebration of Co-ops, our demo team will focus on co-op-produced foods. This weekend (February 26 to 28), you can try Salemville Amish blue cheese and Kingdom cheddar (made by a co-op in England), served atop Weaver Meats ground beef in a mini tart, Cabot Creamery cheese served with Riojana wines, and co-op made foods from our own Food House. During the Cabot-Riojana demo, there will be fun giveaways and activities including an in-store scavenger hunt. Our Board members will be on hand to talk about ownership.
