Extra deli meat and cheese in your fridge? Make this delicious spread and serve it with crusty bread or crispy crackers.
- 6 oz. Cabot Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 c. deli ham, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. fresh or canned pineapple, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. deli cheese (swiss, cheddar or your favorite), grated or finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. chives or green onion, minced
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately or chilled with crusty bread, crispy crackers or as a sandwich filling.
