This month, volunteers helped us sort and deliver groceries to TABLE. The bags of groceries will go in the “summer backpacks” that TABLE delivers to children in need. Watch a video of the event, below.
Customers donated the money for the summer backpacks when they “rounded up” at the register in our stores. As of July 14, 382 kids are covered for the summer. Our goal is to raise $67,500, which will provide backpack meals for 450 kids for the 10 weeks of summer.
