London Fog
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. water, just off boil
- 1 bag Earl Grey Tea
- 3/4 c. your preferred dairy or non-dairy milk (I use a combination of cream and 2% milk)
- 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Sweetener of your choice
Instructions:
1) Place tea bag in the water and allow to steep for 4 minutes.
2) Heat milk to your liking.
3) Combine milk, tea and vanilla.
4) Stir in sweetener to your level of sweetness.
5) Whisk rapidly or use a frother to blend well.
6) Pour into your mug and enjoy!
Chai Tea
- 1/4 c. water, just off boil
- 1 bag black tea
- sprinkles of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, ginger and black pepper
- 3/4 c. your preferred dairy or non-dairy milk (I use whole milk)
- Sweetener of your choice
Instructions:
1) Place tea bag and all spices in water and allow to steep for 4 minutes.
2) Heat milk to your liking.
3) Strain the tea and combine with milk.
4) Stir in sweetener to your level of sweetness.
5) Whisk rapidly or use a frother to blend well.
6) Pour into your mug and enjoy.
