Two very different holiday beverages, both made with seasonal cranberry, which are perfect for celebrating!
Cranberry Orange Mimosa
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cranberry juice, chilled
- 4 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice, chilled
- 6 small splashes Hella Cocktail Citrus Bitters
- honey to taste
- 12 oz. champagne, chilled
- Fresh cranberries and/or orange slices, for serving, if desired
Instructions:
- In a small pitcher or decanter, blend together cranberry juice, orange juice and bitters. Stir to combine.
- Add honey, to taste, if needed.
- To serve, pour cranberry mix into four champagne flutes. Top each glass with champagne.
- Add 2 or 3 cranberries to each mimosa and place an orange slice on the rim of each glass. Serve.
- Serves four.

Cranberry Ginger Shandy
Ingredients:
- 6 oz. cranberry juice, chilled
- 6 oz. Q Drinks Ginger Beer, chilled
- 12 oz. Toasty Kettlyst American Wheat Ale, or your choice of wheat ale, chilled
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- Lemon slices, optional
Instructions:
- Combine the crnaberry juice, ginger beer, wheat ale and lemon juice.
- Pour into two glasses and drop in a few slices of lemon. Serve chilled.
- Serves two.
