A few weeks ago, our pizzettes debuted in stores. This week, the bread bakers bring you hot dog buns, just in time for your Labor day picnic!
Our classic hot dog bun uses 2/3 white flour and 1/3 sprouted wheat flour. The sprouted wheat flour adds lots of flavor and makes a soft, tender bun without the addition of chemicals or excessive sweeteners. Whether you’re gracing your hot dog with blue cheese slaw, honey mustard and kraut, chili and cheddar, or just plain ketchup and mustard, our bun will serve you well.
The hot dog buns are sold in six-packs for $2.99. They’ll be in stores Thursday around 5 PM. Look for them near the bakery counter.
Our pizzetta began as a clever way to use up extra dough and make a midnight snack for our bakers. It was so good we decided to start making it for you, our customers. This small pizza works well as a snack for kids, a light meal on the lawn or patio, or a quick eat on the go. It’s perfect for 1 to 2 people.
The pizzettes, like all our breads, are made from locally ground, organic flour, and are topped with our house-made pizza sauce and Asiago cheese. They’re made fresh daily. Look for them at the bakery counter.
