A simple fruit salsa, perfect with chips or served over chicken or fish. Our demo team served this in stores in April, the height of Ataulfo mango season.
Ingredients:
- 2 mangos – peeled, seeded, and diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove clove of garlic, minced, or to taste
- ½ jalapeno, finely minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Preparation:
1) Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss together.
2) Refrigerate overnight and serve over chicken or fish, or with tortilla chips.
