- 4 c. frozen peaches (we love Seal The Season)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. amaretto
- 1/2 c. chopped toasted pecans
Instructions:
1) In a heavy bottom pot combine peaches and brown sugar.
2) Cook over medium heat until thickened.
3) Lower heat and add amaretto and pecans.
4) Stir and cook 5 minutes longer.
Serve warm or store in refrigerator.
