Ingredients:
- 1 package noodles, cooked per package directions
- 1 lb. local Weaver Meats 80/20 pasture-raised ground beef – Sale $6.99/lb. – Save $1.00
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c. Weaver Street Market mushroom soup
- ½ c. sour cream
- ½ tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1) Cook pasta and set aside.
2) Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add ground beef, onions, and garlic to pan. Cook, sautéing until beef is no longer pink and onions have become transparent. Use spatula while cooking to break up clumps. Drain rendered fat.
3) Reduce heat to medium-low and add mushroom soup, sour cream, and paprika to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally until mixture is heated through.
4) Check for seasoning and add salt and pepper as needed.
5) Stir in reserved noodles and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
