Ingredients:
- 6 c. quartered or halved Hakurei turnips from Sankofa Farms
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp. freshly minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- Salt and Pepper – as needed
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread cut turnips on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl combine the olive oil, honey, ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Drizzle olive oil mixture over turnips and place baking sheet in the oven.
- Roast turnips for about 20 to 25 minutes, tossing once or twice during cooking, until tender and browning.
- Serve while hot.
