Lisa’s flavorful marinade will leave you craving more.
- 1 c. fresh-brewed Cafe Femenino Organic Espresso Coffee or your choice of coffee
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Weaver Meats ribeye steaks
1. Mix all ingredients except steaks in a shallow bowl or plastic bag.
2. Add steaks to bowl or bag. Make sure steaks are submerged in marinade.
3. Place in refrigerator and marinate for at least one hour or preferably overnight (turn once during marinating time.)
4. Remove steaks from marinade and discard remaining marinade. Cook steaks as desired.
