In a recent Facebook giveaway, we asked people to enter by sharing their favorite smoothie recipe. We got some great replies and wanted to keep them visible, so here they are. (See the Facebook post, here.)

My peanut butter and jelly smoothie……..1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 8 oz of vanilla unsweetened almond milk, 3/4 cup mixed berries, tablespoon of peanut butter, tablespoon of ground flaxseed, bunch of spinach, and some cacao nibs. Yummy!
From Karin:
A banana, 3/4 cup berries, orange juice, cherry juice, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cashew or pumpkin seed, spirulina, chaga powder.

Simple! Also called blueberry soup. I take 3 cups of rinsed, fresh, or frozen blueberries and add 1/3 cup of water and 2 Tbsp of honey (maple syrup can be a replacement) and throw it all into the blender. Add some ice cubes if you want it to be super cold. Adjust the water and honey to desired consistency and sweetness. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Mint-mango green smoothie: Banana, spinach, almond milk, frozen mango, lime juice, ginger, and mint.

Banana, cup of spinach or kale, one date, 1.5 cups nut milk, 3/4 cup frozen berries.
